Lord of All Week 2

January 6, Sunday

Is there a time when the Lord asked you to do something, you quickly agreed, then realized it was much harder, and took back your “yes”?

>Prayer for today: Jesus, give me the courage (Joshua 1:9) to follow you 100%.

January 7, Monday $$

If you’ve struggled financially, don’t suffer in silence. Speak up and ask for help. If you are gifted in helping others think more clearly about their finances, consider offering your help.

>Prayer for today: Lord, help me to either ask for financial help or lovingly offer financial help to someone else who asks me for help.

January 8, Tuesday

Jesus sometimes makes ridiculous sounding statements such as in verses 58, 60, and 62. How would you explain these statements to someone who asks you if Jesus was serious:?

January 11, Friday

What is one change in your money practices that you need to make? How can putting Jesus first and trusting His direction in your life help you make that change?

>Prayer for today: Lord, Your word says that if we don’t have wisdom, we should ask You and You won’t be stingy about giving it to us (James 1:5). Please give me that wisdom as I make the following change in my finances: __________________________________________

January 12, Saturday

This is My Desire

This is my desire

To honor You

Lord, with all my heart

I worship You

All I have within me

I give You praise

All that I adore

Is in You

Lord, I give You my heart

I give You my soul

I live for You alone

And every breath that I take

Every moment I'm awake

Lord, have Your way in me
